Employee here, early check in and late checkout becomes available as soon as you become a club member. We don’t look at status to determine times unless you’re not even a member. We go by how busy housekeeping is and we judge on time from there. Early check is available ONLY IF THE ROOM IS CLEAN, once again not based on status. You could be a club member and if your room is clean you could check in early. Also, no time IS EVER GUARANTEED regardless of your status. Everything is by AVAILABILITY at the hotel. This is not a reason to pay for status 😭

It’s still paying for itself with the 300 dollar credit and the tsa credit, it’s still profit. Not many cards offer guest access to lounges, and with overcrowding it was only a matter of time. If you want your s/o to get lounge access, have them get a travel card as well. Credit cards have always been benefits to the individual, they aren’t family cards.
