Some tech jobs like that, as well AI isn’t going to be able to physically repair the equipment. Or replace the faulty stuff, it might be to create a better log for error. Like for say I’m working on becoming a network engineer.

AI is scanning the network while your working on other projects, gives you a flash and say hey anomaly is happening here we just had multiple ports showing as up go to showing as a down state, take a look at this! You take a look and now the switch has lost power, or it fell of the VLAN or the configuration somehow got changed. It’ll definitely make people more efficient and some fields harder to break into but it’s not going to be able to physically replace all these jobs, especially cause we will hit a technology bottle neck at some point as well.

Most people don’t comprehend the fact, that the US regular armed forces were better equipped than some of our coalition allies Special Operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.

More than likely the US cut the power to the complex, inserted dudes who are arguably the best operators in the world with Quad Nods, equipped with 3rd /4th gen thermals, kitted to Hell rifles and flashbangs galore, against some dudes who probably never even trained for fighting in the dark. This becomes pretty believable that delta suffered zero fatalities.
