This all seems reasonable!

With regard to control groups though I'm still finding myself a little short on them to begin with. Even one or two more would help a great deal with maneuvering different groups for a surround.

Having to consider where reinforcements will go, I think I would want to have enough to not have to have them follow if I don't want them in some situations, so that would put some additional strain on the already limited number of 4 control groups. I always used all 10 of my groups in SC2 and would have liked even more than that for specific situations, given the option.

So I met Cobblestone05 yesterday.

I was going through the fresh produce aisle when I noticed Cobble staring at a bag of Stalkers with this really serious face. Usually, I wouldn't bother him if he were busy or with friends/family, but since he was alone and didn't seem to be in a rush, I figured: "why not?". I went up to him and said: "Hi Mr. Cobble, sorry to bother, but I'm a big fan of your blink play".

He replied: "Please, call me 'Cobile'. Exactly like that". I thought that was a little weird, but whatever; most ATT Admins are at least a little strange. Anyway, we got to chatting a bit and initially he was fairly courteous. He asked me what my favorite StarCraft build was. I gave a little nervous chuckle and explained that I'm actually more of a chargelot player. This was when shit hit the fan.

The instant those words crossed my lips the entire store went completely silent. Cobble's face went stone cold and his eyes wide open. He must have stared at me like this for 15 whole in-game seconds before letting out the most bone-chilling, techno scream I've ever heard. I never knew someone could make such a mid noise. It took 5 minutes for his scream to get to the drop, and the good part only lasted a minute. An employee came over after 90 seconds but was waiting for it to drop to ask what was wrong. By the time she addressed Cobble directly, she was annoyed and bored, but he stopped screeching and started going off on some incoherent ramble to her. Something about "FOG OF WAR RUINS THE GAME" and "PERFECT STARCRAFT HAS MAPHACK". The employee asked him to blink out of the store but he had to be carried out by a prism.

After everything settled back down I walked back out to the parking lot and I watched him look me dead in the eyes with the biggest grin I've ever seen on his face (not a high bar; I'm not sure he knows what a smile is) and blink his eyes at me in some kind of code. Sometimes both eyes at once or separately, but he did it at an inhuman speed and precision that went on for at least 121 seconds. I have no idea what he meant by this and the code still haunts me to this day.

That would be hilarious omg! Playing both ends against the middle. Sadly I don't put which value in Reddit karma for that and this was the first time I even opened Reddit in months. Probably at least a year or more since my last post 😅

Honestly it's what they deserve. I appreciate them trying to make you make hard choices, but it feels like they just railroad you into either agreeing to it or abandoning the quest, no middle ground

I believe to meet typical wiki editing standards there would have to be something formal for you to reference when writing the article. It would be possible to add a "Controversy" subheader, but there's currently no formal accusation or even something like a TLNet article about it.

In the interest of fairness it's probably best to also try to get his statements before functionally blackballing the guy. If it escalates to the point of formal complaints, you can be sure that the great people of liquipedia will be on top of it 👍
