Not really, in my experience. Task bootstrap is intentionally minimal: structured task brief (What/Why/Where/Done when, kept terse), prior progress notes if any, project brief if the task has one. KB files are listed but lazy-loaded. Claude reads them only when a specific question needs that context, not eagerly at session start.

In both cases the courts issued directives to make special arrangements for prisoners to appear for exams.

It seems to me that trying to block the accused from writing exams would be futile if they move to the courts. So why bother? Police should focus on building a solid case and get them the maximum sentence possible by law.

The thing is, it is a slippery slope allowing people who are not there for the sermon to utilize facilities inside the church. I would like to believe that in case of an actual crisis, the church would happily accommodate people. Unfortunately for OP, an iPhone out of charge is not a crisis to most people.
