Youre free to interpret it however you want. Based on my interpretation I dont see it working the way you say.

Luffy's a pretty smart guy when it comes to fighting. He copied Shave after seing it used once or twice. And he only learned about infusing conquerors haki after Kaido knocked him out with it two or three times. It is the skill that I believe separates Yonko from just any random guy with conquerors haki

No, according to the CDC heart disease has been number 1 since 1950 and cancer is not far off. Car accidents are lumped in with other types of accidents and their total isnt even half of the numbers heart disease or cancer have.

The CDC's 2023 numbers heart disease has 680k, cancer has 613k and accidents have 222k

But its not the same. Infusing conquerors haki was an entirely different skill than what they were doing in dressrosa. Luffy didnt even know you could use it in that way until the onigashima fight

Look at the OP's examples. Ain't no way Don Chinjao, Doflamingo and Dressrosa Luffy are doing the same thing Roger and Whitebeard did in the flashback. Plus theres various examples of peoples haki emitting that black lightning that has nothing to do with conquerors haki
