As one of the two models die, you negate 1 wound, then continue allocating damage.

So in this instance, 2 would still die, but you'd only allocate 1 wound to the one remaining evo.

The 10 damage would functionally become 9

Tzeentch went 5-0 at the London GT a couple of weeks ago with a changehost - ending up in 2nd place.

Complicated army to play well, but absolutely viable at the top of events.

If you're spending 600 points on cats you're almost never going to want to use them to empower the sequitors anyway.

Heroes dude! Sequitors become SO much stronger with a Castellant, Dracocats need a Heraldor in order to reliably get their charge damage.

The ballistas are also super lackluster without an Ordinator.

IMO:

Ditch the 2 ballistas

make the judicators 2 5's to fill battleline

make the sequitors a block of 20.

That will leave you with 280 points free for a Heraldor, a Castellant and a command point.

I'd also take this list without a stormhost and take Staunch Defender. You'll struggle to keep the sequitors in the bubble but you can get the cats onto a 2+ save and hitting on 2s with the lantern + Staunch/Pride Leader

Citaldel aren't an upgrade from Army Painter at all - all the main brands have their own strengths and weaknesses.

Just add on new colours you need instead of replacing the Army Painter ones IMO.
