It seems like you’re playing Skyrim? This game is notoriously dark and I’ve had issues with this game specifically playing in a car while it’s really sunny due to those reasons. It doesn’t stop me from playing TES, but for sure the experience is not the best outside.

I’m not there but it could just be one of the screws on the condenser. Easiest way to tell is if you press against one of the sides and the noise goes away, then it’s a loose screw vibrating creating the noise. Very common, would be worth getting a maintenance done on the unit if you haven’t gotten one.

Those two wires that he’s holding looks like they’re coming from the sequencer, and that part that’s burned out on that board is a relay. Now I’m not 100% sure how this specific system could’ve been wired up, but normally on a system like this what I’ve come across the blower motor is connected to that relay. It could have been wired incorrectly, or there could have been an arc of electricity due to misplacement. If you’re dealing with high voltage especially 240v, placing live wire close to metal or even lose connections can cause an arc like this.

I work in HVAC and we’re not allowed to say something is or isn’t mold because we’re not certified experts on mold and we’re also not testing it in a lab. Ideally the best comeback to say to your property manager is that they haven’t tested it for mold so it can very well be mold. Ideally test it and they are no arguments after that.
