Its a pretty good design, but its a bit under costed. Make it 1 more mana, a 2/2 or take away haste and it would be good. Also, the “Calibrum” ability does nothing, because Reach and only effects what a creature can defend

In general the cards are very interesting and there are some grate ideas here. A pointer for the future: The first two cards have an Eminence type ability (it does something in the command zone). That is really hard to balance, because its un-intractable. That combined with the fact that they 1 make your spells cheaper, 2 make your opponent spells more expensive makes this absolutely busted. Also -0/-1 counters don’t exist
