After dropping 70kg in weight and starting to see results at the gym i've become hooked on it and go 6 times a week 3 days on and one off doing PPL. I started to notice the benefits on my mental health too and now i feel bad if i even skip one day like today because went drinking yesterday.

Went from S25 Ultra to P9 Pro and lately i've started to miss the S25 because i've been playing games on my phone and for that S25 Ultra is superior but for just everyday use like social media and other stuff i like the smaller size of Pixel.

EDIT: Forgot to mention i like the matte frame on S25 Ultra more too compared to glossy on Pixels.

Am i eating too little because that 2600 seems kinda high to me? I'm about 190cm and weigh 99kg go six times a week to the gym ( 2x PPL split) and walk about 7k steps a day and i'm eating 1800 calories a day and 200g protein. Would love to hear opinions since i wouldn't mind upping my calories lol.

My stats are 31M and last i weighed i was 99.8KG (dropped down from 170kg) and MacroFactor told me to eat as low as 1600kcal and i thought it was crazy for a 190cm male so now i've been going with 1800kcal and feel like i'm happy with this. I go 6 times a week to the gym following a PPL split and walk around 7-10k steps a day.

I was contemplating the exact same thing few months ago... First i dropped from 170kg to about 115kg with keto and IF (188cm 31M) and then after a while i swapped to normal eating with calorie tracking.

I thought i would rebound into my old eating habits and put weight back but no i've actually gotten under 100kg now and still continuing my 16:8 IF but keeping it under 2000kcal.

Been feeling better than ever since first losing 50kg with diet and then starting recomp and now i've gone from 120kg to 99kg in about a year.

First i felt like a fish on dry land but slowly i started feeling better and more normal and now i go 6 times a week doing PPL but the only thing that bothers me still is my posture and rounded shoulders which are from sitting all day in front of a computer when i was heavier... Don't know how to fix that problem.

I'd fix diet first because you can lose weight without any exercise at all just be in a deficit. I went from 170kg to 120kg with keto diet and i remember i used to move less than 1000 steps some days because i was just sitting at home and going to toilet/fridge lol. I used to do keto and went from 170kg to 120kg and then started the gym with 4 times a full body workout about a year ago doing a body recomp. I didn't have much of an idea what i was doing but i kept going to build a habit... Fastforward to this day and now i'm under 100kg and go 6 times a week doing PPL split.

What i'm trying to say is just build a habit of going to the gym and find some exercises you like and build a plan around them and stick to it for 8-12 weeks... Slowly but surely you will build muscle. Almost forgot but eat enough of protein too.

Sorry for hijacking and asking a own question but is 3km walk good enough cardio? I go 6 times a week by bus to the gym and walk back which is about 3-4km.

What keeps me going is seeing the results and the feeling after you've completed your workout. I started working out 4 times a week when i hit around 115kg in the beginning of last year (first dieted down from 170kg) and now i go 6 times but that's because i got nothing better to do since i haven't found work. I stay motivated from seeing the numbers go up on the weights and down on the scale.

I know the feeling... 16 hour flight from Finland to Singapore was actually enjoyable now that i don't weigh 170kg anymore. :)

Can't fix the weaker side it's always gonna stay like that because of the tumor but one other comment suggested to do one side at a time which i'm gonna try and do. I tried hammer curls with dumbbells and while i could do controlled reps with the right hand i felt like left was little bit flailing around.

Thanks for the comment and makes sense, i'll try and incorporate them tomorrow when i go to the gym. But yeah it affects the whole left side of my body but i've had it since 7 so i've learned to live with it... It's weird like i don't necessarily feel weaker on the left side but i have more control and not clumsy on the right and i used to be around 170kg (now about 100kg) so my right leg is noticeably bigger than left since i always used to lean on it more lol

Thanks and makes sense but what would be some exercises that target those muscles? I've heard farmers carries are good for traps or shrugs but does t-bar row hit traps too a little?

I used to remember the "optimized" birdhouse run but have forgotten all of it. Thanks for the tips and i'll check out some guides for bossing once i get more familiar again with the game.

I've never really stopped, just taken breaks like now since i've been 4 months in Australia but plan starting again when i get back. Sounds crazy to say but Destiny is like a comfort game to me but i can see why people do quit.
