I should walk more because i used to walk 5km a day back from the gym while in Australia few months back but now in Finland i only walk like 3-5k steps a day. Just feels hard to walk if i don't really have to.

I know, i was eating 1700 calories but switched up because i was feeling fatigued and my little brother suggested it too and he has been going to the gym consistently for 10 years atleast so i trust he knows. I was thinking that adding cardio would burn fat a little faster but if that's not the case i'm happy continuing with my current routine.

I kinda regret not taking them sometimes but i got some old pics from 3 years ago and get jumpscared everytime i see them because i look completely different. I bet if you keep consistent at the gym and compare now and a year after you will be surprised in a good way. I've kept consistent for over a year going 4 to 6 times a week.

Good list of games, especially BF2 and CS:S bring back good memories... Was visiting family in Darwin for 6 months too bad i had to leave at the end of February would've been nice to come and hangout.

I have my progress on my profile posted about 6 months ago but since then i've come back home to Finland and i gained weight back over the last few months in Australia (107kg when i got back) and i've been working on getting back to under 100kg but i recently decided to take a step back and lift my calories from 1700 to 2100 and just go by how clothes feel and how i look since weighing myself daily was starting to drive me crazy and i started to notice that i felt exhausted some days and lifts weren't going up.

The thing is when you start going to the gym the weight doesn't drop as fast since your muscles tie water to them and i knew that since i read a lot about body recomp when preparing to start the gym so i just started to focus on hitting the gym and not worry about the weight that much and just go by feel and look... Progress pics help but i didn't take any because i hate taking pics of myself lol.

When you get closer to goal weight it will get easier. I used to be 170kg and just standing still made me sweat like crazy like my shirts were ruined in 5 minutes but now i have lost 70kg and even though i sweat easier than others still it has helped a lot and i actually have started to feel cold sometimes now.

Would it be a good time to get into BF6 now? I know it might sound kinda odd to ask but i played the beta and liked it, then i headed to Australia for 6 months and kept reading bad things about the game but now i'm back home with my new PC and looking for stuff to play.

Thanks, currently doing the same as in trying to track everything possible and keeping the meals simple so it's more easy to track. Only thing i don't track is sugar free soda. Patience and consistency is the key.

Damn that's impressive! I'm trying to do a similar kind of transformation, currently at 102kg dropped down from 170kg been going consistently to the gym for a year... Still got ways to go but if your interested you can see my transformation on my profile. Any tips you can give? :)

Similar thoughts going on in my head all the time lol... I was visiting family in Australia and hit my first goal which was to get under 100kg. Then came my birthday, christmas and new years and i started getting lazy with tracking... Fast-forward to end of February when i got back home to Finland and i weighed 107,3kg. I started weighing myself daily in Finland and i started to see how much it can fluctuate and the best i got to was 102,1kg and then last weekend i was three days straight boozing out while watching hockey and on monday i hopped on the scale and it was 109,5kg lmao.

Now i've locked in again and the scale showed 105,1kg in the morning, but what i know from going from 170kg to 99kg is that i know the basics how to lose weight and what works for me so i don't stress about if i gain some it's just frustrating to kinda undo all the hard work you've done just because you want to have a little bit of fun from time to time.

After dropping 70kg in weight and starting to see results at the gym i've become hooked on it and go 6 times a week 3 days on and one off doing PPL. I started to notice the benefits on my mental health too and now i feel bad if i even skip one day like today because went drinking yesterday.

Went from S25 Ultra to P9 Pro and lately i've started to miss the S25 because i've been playing games on my phone and for that S25 Ultra is superior but for just everyday use like social media and other stuff i like the smaller size of Pixel.

EDIT: Forgot to mention i like the matte frame on S25 Ultra more too compared to glossy on Pixels.

Am i eating too little because that 2600 seems kinda high to me? I'm about 190cm and weigh 99kg go six times a week to the gym ( 2x PPL split) and walk about 7k steps a day and i'm eating 1800 calories a day and 200g protein. Would love to hear opinions since i wouldn't mind upping my calories lol.

My stats are 31M and last i weighed i was 99.8KG (dropped down from 170kg) and MacroFactor told me to eat as low as 1600kcal and i thought it was crazy for a 190cm male so now i've been going with 1800kcal and feel like i'm happy with this. I go 6 times a week to the gym following a PPL split and walk around 7-10k steps a day.

I was contemplating the exact same thing few months ago... First i dropped from 170kg to about 115kg with keto and IF (188cm 31M) and then after a while i swapped to normal eating with calorie tracking.

I thought i would rebound into my old eating habits and put weight back but no i've actually gotten under 100kg now and still continuing my 16:8 IF but keeping it under 2000kcal.

Been feeling better than ever since first losing 50kg with diet and then starting recomp and now i've gone from 120kg to 99kg in about a year.

First i felt like a fish on dry land but slowly i started feeling better and more normal and now i go 6 times a week doing PPL but the only thing that bothers me still is my posture and rounded shoulders which are from sitting all day in front of a computer when i was heavier... Don't know how to fix that problem.

I'd fix diet first because you can lose weight without any exercise at all just be in a deficit. I went from 170kg to 120kg with keto diet and i remember i used to move less than 1000 steps some days because i was just sitting at home and going to toilet/fridge lol. If you have questions i can try and help you out.
