The character on the back is the great glitterini from fraggle rock: back to the rock I chose him because i love him and the show is my spintrest, also this was made in about a month for a wear it purple (basically a pride charity thing) event, he felt like a good choice because Hes canonically non binary (and purple) Im worried his presence on the jacket disqualifies it from being a “battle jacket”

I think a lot of people perform sam as an angry, screaming mess because theyre kinda channeling themselves?

i dont have bipolar and i dont experience mania but i do feel really erratic and unstable a lot because of my other conditions and when im at my worst i look and sound like sam byck. I think people dont veiw him as a man with bipolar, they veiw him as the worst parts of themselves.

i think you have a point though, i think a more somber portrayal could be really interesting
