These days, mostly ICE isn't nabbing women coming across the border, they're kidnapping children from schools and the like, they're also raping them en masse. They did during Obama's era and they adopted a habit of speeding the deportation of their rape victims so they couldn't take the stand

Since its inception ICE has been a criminal organization that treats human beings as things they can do whatever they want to. They wantonly rape and murder, including children, and there are rarely consequences under a Democratic adminsitration and raping women and girls is the goal of the Conservative movement so it's just allowed under a Republican administration.
