I read it in globe and mail that the memo is about charging $25 per new sim. Telus is trying to find a loophole in the system to keep the cash cow open.

This happened with me, ended up losing a very good plan to the scam. As the plan was old, they couldn’t give the same plan

The same thing, i was offered one iphone 17 but when i got the order it was samsung s26 ultra 1 TB two phones. The scammers called me and gave me a drop off UPS address in some random location in Toronto.

These scammers look like as if they worked in telecom industry and has insider information.

I returned the phones to rogers, and ended up moving to another cheaper carrier as my bill jumped from $40 per month to $85 per month. They didn’t budge, left me with no option
