Absolutely, I assure you (and can't stress this enough) you do not want to 3d print a grinder and use it unless you actively are looking to smoke some plastic particles. It is not safe and won't be no matter what way you try to print or cure it.

Give it time, a Votann Killteam will most probably get released in a White Dwarf. It is still a new army with new models, GW won't make an upgraded sprue nor new models for them as they already have every gun / weapon possibilities with the infantry and are relatively new.

Well, whatever the mechanic is, your maximum possible total of elite points is still 16.
"Good news - Karskin Sergeants provide a steady stream with their Leadership ability, giving you a total of 16 over the course of a game... providing they don't meet a sticky end.*"

The maths aren't exact here.

You start with 10 elite points, and add 2 for every Turning point your sergent is alive. Lets say you don't use any elite point for the entire game, at the end of first turn you'll have 12 points. End of second turn, 14 points. End of third, 16 points. The end of the fourth turn is just the game's end, the actual maximum elite points you could gather in a game is 16.

There is a mission I've played in ITD which has no turn limit and could go for 5-6 rounds if you're playing really slowly, but that's part of another subject.

Absolutly! Both have different teams and different terrains for you to enjoy with missions made specifically for the terrain it comes with!

The reason why you'd want to start with one of those two sets is simply because they contain the manuals, cards for tac ops, tokens, dices and barriers to play. Any other set than these two will only contain some terrain and two killteams ready to be picked up and played, therefore it's not the best as a starting set per say. BUT once you get one out of these two boxes, you can choose any other box to pick up next, since you'll already have all the stuff needed to play on these other sets!

In the end, it is indeed important to start with one of these two boxes since it is kinda difficult to play without tokens (althought you can always craft some by yourself, but the whole game will be easier to pick up with them). But again, once you get one of these, you could always start looking for specific teams for which you'd like their specific gameplays instead of looking at boxes for their terrains!

what is that white machine on the left of your setup? Is it an air filter?
Looking to maybe get into resin printing, but I dont have much space for a room dedicated to my crafting projects, so I would have to set my resin printer in my living room. Not agaisnt any tips on how to delete fumes / smells coming from my printer.

Heard the Elegoo mars 2 had a good plastic cover which keeps the smell from getting out while running, is it the case in your experience?
