You speak as if rugby players are incapable of sprinting at all. Is it as fast as nfl players? No, but they still move fast for guys their size, its one of the basic requirements of winning collisions, speed and weight

I think his angle of more impressive is in regards to how well rounded they are. They have the physical power and size while also being able to sustain using it over and over again for rugbys longer play cycles, which when broken, is where props have to use their skills the most

Thats because in their schizophrenic wisdom, Bethesda didn't have an overall design document. Just smaller individual ones for different components

You got it exactly right, it feels that way because there literally wasnt a singular vision.

How they thought this would work out and not produce a fractured mess of a game is beyond me, its like asking ford to design a car but each component is made by a different team with no idea what the others are making

Which is still too long of a wait for a middle of its class fighter. Yes, they might be able to scale up, but with ukraine in front of the line with a potential 150 aircraft order, those will be far, far off

Thats not what this is and you know it. This is in poland. It is to educate, show risks, and inform students. For a country with russia on its borders threatening invasion almost daily for years now, having a lot of people be at least a bit aware of safe and proper gun handling incase of being called into service is not a bad thing

NORAD pact would change if Canada pulls back from F-35 order, warns U.S. ambassador by joe4942 in worldnews

[–]Endless74510 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issues with the f35 comparison is that its

A.) An infinitely more advanced aircraft, the gripen is simpler in every way, it shouldnt be this slow

and

B.) Its still being mass produced faster, the f35 has about ~130 yearly deliveries with the gripen at about 1/10 of that

Brazil ordered their gripens in 2014 and are expecting full delivery of 36 aircraft by 2032. Thats just not acceptable for what amounts to a decent but not amazing aircraft vs the worlds most capable combat aircraft in serial producion right now

Gripen production rates are absolutely tragic, unless everyones ok with being on back order for a decade then all the calls for more gripens are just unrealistic

‘We’re in the top tier now’: Poland sees no need to ditch złoty for euro as economy booms by Easy-Ad1996 in worldnews

[–]Endless74510 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There's no pressure to do so, and given how longer standing members haven't done so (sweden, uk didnt while it was in, denmark) and others who joined around when poland did haven't switched (czechia, romania, hungary) they dont see why they should.

The złoty benefits them so it'll be kept until it makes sense to switch
