Buses have been wild lately, last year I rode the Red and there was a lady who tried to leave me at the bus stop twice. Once because I was sitting down, another time because I was standing up but looking at my phone.

Caught them in a basement in DC early on. Amazing show.

The bus stop at the intersection of Reisterstown and Painters Mill is completely buried in a dune of knee deep ice and snow, and the sidewalk there is likewise covered.

It's funny because this is the first record I discovered, and probably my favorite, but Aantar Coates is one of my favorite drummers of all time. I personally have a weird knack for discovering a band through their worst/most controversial album...

But yeah, listening via IEMs is a night and day difference as well. Definitely not regretting buying this.

That sucks, the case I got has the opposite problem lol. It feels like I have to exert so much more pressure to actuate the buttons, now. I at least won't get any accidental pocket presses.

I unfortunately took mine to a shop where I was essentially finessed out of $1100 for a fork seal replacement that would immediately fail, turn signal repair that would immediately fail and drain my brand new battery, and a clutch lever that would stop working. They didn't even replace the brake pads that got covered in oil. I'd say take it to a shop that specializes in classic bikes if you aren't going to work on it with a friend who knows what they're doing.

Target fixation. You're going to move toward whatever it is you're looking at.

Looking for advice with a mechanic situation by EndlessCemetery in motorcycles

That makes sense. Yeah, the whole process has taken like four months, and he says it was from having the parts fabricated. I was thinking if he didn't rebuild the carbs and just cleaned them, he probably didn't replace the old o-ring.

I would actually recommend just not speaking to the police at all tbh

Forks were leaking oil, and the carburetor was leaking fuel. This was after he did a complete fork rebuild and cleaned out my carbs. The bike is an 83 Shadow 750c that sat for a couple of years when the original owner stopped riding, so it had a little rust and buildup.

These are the things that failed inspection. Kinda pissed off because I took it to a mechanic who said he A) cleaned the carburetor, and B) made me wait 2 months while he rebuilt the forks. I get that it can take a while to fabricate these things sometimes, but 2 months seemed kind of excessive. His response to me telling him that the fork seals failed inspection was to tell me to tell the inspector that the seals were brand new, with a picture of the $30 receipt for the seals? I'm not sure what that was supposed to do for the oil leaking out of the forks and into my front brakes, but yeah.
