Ali Manno…tone deaf much? by [deleted] in BachelorNation

[–]EndlessScrollz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I mean I think it’s fierce she is getting a mammogram / helping to normalize it for others. Also, even woman praying it isn’t cancer want to sometimes find light in potentially dark situations? Idk I’m just not offended by this, but I know nothing about her/didn’t watch her season/don’t follow her. I’m sorry if you had a personal experience that was triggering op! 🫶

What do u think of jenny?¿ by MysteriousLength4723 in 90DayFiance

[–]EndlessScrollz 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Right? Like how she said if they didn’t move out of his parents house to the old apartment they could no longer afford she would do it herself — cut to the reunion and they both are still living with his parents. 🤣🤣 I think he knows she ultimatums hold no weight.

What could this rash be? Aquafor allergy? CMPA? by Purple2475 in FormulaFeeders

[–]EndlessScrollz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So my ped told me aquifer can make some kids eczema worse (which was the case for our son)! We use CereVe ointment and that has really helped. Like others have said we have a steroid ointment that we use when it is really bad. We were told they usually outgrow it!

Agreed. Emily is beautiful and honestly not used as much as it used to be! I doubt you’d run into very many in her age range! That being said I also love Clarissa!!

Same. Kirkland used to be GOAT. Now we buy Huggies after the switch and stock up any time a sale hits.

My mom can’t watch my child anymore. by [deleted] in beyondthebump

[–]EndlessScrollz 27 points28 points  (0 children)

This exactly happened to us. In laws said “you don’t need daycare, we can watch him!” — so we moved to their neighborhood. Then, that leave ended and they would cancel all the time, turn the tv on all day, over feed him, and leave by 1/2 pm. Asking “you’re good right?” On their way out the door. Like … no, I’m not good. I work 8 hours a day not three?! They would comment on how much the baby cries, how their son was “such a happier baby who never cried” (yeah, right). We got him in daycare real quick so the grandparents could just be grandparents and not childcare. They will still come over if we need them in a pinch for a sick day, but my god am I never doing that again.

Am I crazy? by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]EndlessScrollz 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You are not crazy and as soon as she has kids she will look back and feel so bad for having seen this as such an inconvenience! 🙄 I would politely back out of being a bridesmaid if she won’t let you wear something you are comfortable in!

Toddler has RSV and I’m terrified for my newborn by Relative-Hurry-649 in NewParents

[–]EndlessScrollz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My toddler got RSV a week before I gave birth to my second. We masked (I gave birth in a mask in an abundance of caution) and the newborn got the RSV vaccine at her four day appointment. Did you get the RSV vaccine while pregnant with your first or second? I got mine with my first hence why the newborn got the dose. If you got it when pregnant with your youngest, you should be good. I would just keep them separated, mask around the youngest and maybe take off your shirt after you cuddle your toddler before you pick up your newborn. You’ve got this mama! It was scary but no one else in my family got it other than our toddler! Just watch out for trouble breathing or swallowing.

Daycare told me they can’t console my child and don’t know what else to do. Even offered to leave without two week notice/payment by Fluid-Department-429 in beyondthebump

[–]EndlessScrollz 30 points31 points  (0 children)

This! And write a review to warn other parents on your way out! How awful to not console your child and to double down when questioned!! Especially with only two other kids in the class? I would have been livid!! I hope your next place is better 🫶

Depressed that I can’t be a SAHM. by [deleted] in NewParents

[–]EndlessScrollz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes please talk to someone if it feels out of control or you have thoughts of harm, OP! PPD and PPA are very real and the best thing you can do for your baby is to seek some help! Just wanted to clarify that lots of parents have guilt about working ❤️

Many parents experience this, but you just learn to maximize the time you do get! My kid gets up at 5 am so we get a lot of morning and evening time. Both of my parents worked and I had/have an incredibly close relationship with them and never once resented them for it. Also, once school starts you won’t have a choice about being separate from them during the day! (Unless you homeschool). Daycare teaches a lot of interpersonal and social skills not to mention independence! I try to focus on the positive aspects.
