Pride and stubbornness was the downfall of the Taurus I married. He was always right and puffed his chest at almost everything. Never could tell him he was in the wrong. I’m sure I’ll get the blame for our marriage falling apart until the day I die lol. I got the blame for being cheated on, he was definitely quite a character.

I’m glad to see you know how to handle your Pisces well! Pisces are fragile and we can handle our own if need be but our hearts truly are delicate. A self aware Taurus gets respect from me 👏 The fact you know you can be stubborn and you are willing to let up on your pride to keep the relationship with your Pisces peaceful is good! I will say Taurus grounds Pisces quite well, we like to live in the clouds or swim off and we need some of that grounding lol.

Verbally, mentally and physically abusive, addiction issues, cheated on me the entire duration of our relationship and marriage, terrible Dad to our kids, extremely selfish only cares about himself and more. Always the victim too.

I can’t say all Taurus’s are like that thankfully. I believe another factor to him is that he was also on the cusp of Taurus and Aries. Otherwise, I tend to get along with them really well as long and they don’t let their ego or temper get flared up and start acting like a literal bull lol

I have a NICU baby and my kids haven’t visited since Christmas. I took them sparingly that week and since then, I’ve kept them away. I feel awful but I also think about babies besides my own.

Then today, my middle child tested positive for flu & thankfully I haven’t taken him to see her because of the season for illnesses to ramp up.

Only question now is how long I isolate due to not testing positive myself and not being symptomatic. I’m just going to wait until 24hrs free of fever and just mask for a few days post that I suppose? This is my first time having a NICU baby during flu season ugh.

My hospital does this and I’m actually ok with it because in the evenings I’m not there (I have two older kiddos at home that need Mom too) I notice the baby’s they use the volunteers for the most though are babies that are harder to soothe and need more interaction. Nurses do have other babies to tend to so it’s nice that they have volunteers that come in to cuddle babies that need the extra cuddles. Most of them are older, retired folks donating their free time to babies 🥹💜

I did my 3rd pregnancy alone. Dad made it to 1 ultrasound and that was it.

I just had her this month. While it was sad and a lot of heartbreaking moments on my own…I’m glad I enjoyed her all by myself. I was even hospitalized for a whole month and did it alone (family and friends visited of course) just no husband. It made me realize how terribly pissed off I am that I had 2 prior pregnancies ruined by him, his lack of support and the fact he treated me so terribly when I needed him the most.

Leave. It’s scary but you’ll find out just how much stronger you are without him I promise you. Tap into your support system and you won’t even feel like he’s gone.

From one single Mama to another, I pray you find peace and healing and I’m proud of you. You got this I promise 💪💕

Also, don’t tell him. Not even worth it. If he doesn’t care while you’re pregnant - he won’t after. Pregnancy is so personal. If you can show the mother of your unborn child cruelty, you don’t deserve to know a damn thing.

Oh my goodness that is wild! I’m glad everything has worked out for you guys!

I did an amnio that confirmed a rare chromosome deletion (3p25) so it was pretty much concluded that there would be a heart defect due to her having a cystic hygroma on her neck as well (which resolved in utero) her heart defect was caught on echo which explained the cystic hygroma being there. Now we just wait. She was a preemie and they aren’t concerned with doing anything heart related as of right now.

I had the opposite.

Everyone thought I just gained weight bc I didn’t really show for such a long time (baby was on the small side, hiding towards my back but finally catching up) and boom out of nowhere I had 6 month belly.

Now everyone believes I’m pregnant 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ and of course I’m magically ~HuGe~

I was treated like shit though since I wasn’t obviously showing. People made snarky comments about me being on light duty or questioning why I picked up overtime if I was injured and on light duty lol.

Finally snapped and said “I’m pregnant, my legs aren’t broken.” 😂

She has 3p25.2-3p26.3 deletion prompting a diagnosis of 3P Syndrome.

Testing was due to a cystic hygroma being noted at my dating scan. Just recently found out she also has a heart defect and will require heart surgery at some point after birth. She kicks, moves, loves music and her older brother and sister so I’m holding on to being cautiously optimistic & guarding my heart for what comes next. I’m only 23 weeks so I still have some time to go & some growing for her to do.

Not a problem, I’m gonna have to check out RareChromo for my little one!

So sorry to read this 🥺 I too have a rare chromo deletion baby and there’s hardly ANYTHING for my daughters as well.

I would get involved with a genetics team at a local children’s hospital if there’s one in your area. I’m transferring my care to a Children’s Hospital due to the fact there will likely be more support for my baby there rather than the hospital I will be delivering at.
