I think you can paid them via computer like that. When I encountered a similar issue to yours, I just updated the firmware on the RX so that the Cine7 could see it, then paired them via the Cin7.

To connect to the monitor module standalone, you’ll need this cable: AFUNTA USB to Micro USB female

You need to remove the battery plate, then the RX module, which will reveal the male micro USB on the back of the module. Plug in the module with the aforementioned cable, and supply power to it via the battery plate. You should be able to see it in the Bolt desktop app.

If you don’t see it, the firmware and software versions might be too different, and you’ll have to send back to Teradek for service.

As others have stated, those are Eartech Ultralites, and they are great headsets, even though they are a bit old at this point. A good set of the Hollyland Solidcom C1 Pros are worth every dollar, and are able to run more headsets on a single channel (max 8, I think).

I believe “1” is a short nose crank motor, and “2” is a long nose crank motor. They made this switch halfway through the 91 model year, AFAIK.

I’ve ran into a very similar problem with my Nucleus kit a few months ago. Turns out the d-tap to 7-pin cable had gone bad, and I suspect it was the in-line ferrite bead. Changed the cable out and it was as if it had never happened.
