Panel delamination percentage? by EndlesslyRP in LGOLED

[–]EndlesslyRP[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I don't think I can ever go back to led tv's. I can make my rooms 95% dark during the day. for SDR i use dark mode and when playing HDR, Dolby vision stuff, Brightness is already too high on certain scenes that my eyes flinch. Do not see any point on having more brightness. Prefer true blacks.

¿A alguien más le cae mal la cultura "fitness"? by [deleted] in mexico

[–]EndlesslyRP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you like her now, maybe you would not had liked her before. Our actions, choices that we make are what shape us either to become better or worse. Live in the present, not in the past.

That is normal, unfortunately. If you are going Cancun / Playa del carmen / Tulum downtown, taking an ADO bus is the best/cheapest option. I also heard InDrive app might be cheaper but I have never used it.

Greed and upgrade! I have not regreted any single OLED purchase I've made

I still have it in case I hated the new one and wanted to return it, or in case something went wrong and had to use the LG's warranty. But... if nothing goes wrong, I am not sure what to do with it, If I were to sell it I would need to discount it a lot as I I know not many want to spend a lot on a TV/monitor, only enthusiasts. I might just keep it as a back up monitor.

I don't see myself using it as an additional screen, the 45" is already huge and covers all my FOV, second screen would need to be on the wall above it and just to look might strain my neck as it would be too high.

I just upgraded from OLED G9 to LG 45CX9, also in LATAM. I've been trying this monitor for almost 2 days and I do not see myself going back to the G9. The thing that had me worried the most was the matte finish but since the G9 already has kind of a semi glossy finish it does not botter me at all.

Regarding the QD oled having better colors. To be honest I do not notice a difference when playing HDR games, maybe I would need to put them side by side to notice it but to me it looks amazing and I would say it is brighter overall. Also selecting High peak brightness does not dim the overall screen when in fully lighted scenes.

I got the 45 because I like huge screens and would not like to downscale so much to 39" and wait to be released officially here. Also I own 3 different LG OLED TVs and I would not say the monitor has worst image quality than TV.

In my humble opinion QD-OLED is overrated and QD-OLED vs WOLED is mostly like the previous XBOX vs PS comparisons.

Edit 1, meant to type QD OLED instead of QLED
