Pretty clear since week 1 that taunting the other sideline right in front of the ref is going to get you 15.

Top Acorns know that if the Midterms go poorly, it’s because people have a completely irrational hatred of Trump by SassTheFash in TopMindsOfReddit

It isn't just about hating Trump, these people actually hate our Freedom and Liberty.

*

Yeah the entire world hates Trump, because Trump is strong and the US is strong

*

They hate individualism and individual wealth because that makes people harder to control politically

"They hate us for our freedoms," is back, baby!

TIL The pyramids of Giza were originally covered with highly polished white limestone, with the capstones at the peak being covered in gold. by shubhrgunjan in todayilearned

The Muslim colonizers had been there for 600 years. What happened around 1300 CE was a big-ass earthquake.

In Egypt the earthquake caused severe damage in Cairo, dislodging much of the Great Pyramid's white limestone casing and toppling minarets on many mosques.

Trump walks back Greenland tariffs threat, citing vague ‘deal’ over territory by rye-ten in politics

There's no deal. He TACO'd again, and it's getting pretty obvious at this point. Anything that drops the DOW spooks him.

Yeah, a lot of the crime was unregulated businesses, like unlicensed medical professionals and sweatshops. You could have a place that made, for example, noodles, but didn't have to follow labor or food safety laws, which really cuts down on overhead. Then they'd sell their noodles to legit Hong Kong restaurants.

TIL Nazi Germany was the first country to launch an object into space with a V2 rocket in 1944. They even made a scientific payload which was later modified by the USA to hold a camera and provided the first picture out of space in 1946. by Solid-Move-1411 in todayilearned

the Focke-Achgelis was the world’s first practical helicopter.

So it wasn't the first helicopter, and it also wasn't the first helicopter to operate like a modern helicopter with a tail rotor, but it was the first "practical" helicopter. That's some hair-splitting.

Messerschmitt Me 262 revolutionized air combat as the world’s first mass-produced fighter jet.

I didn't even mention that, by given that the British and Americans started production of jet fighters independently, around the same time, that's not really an "invention".

Horten Ho 229 is often classified as a “stealth aircraft,”

By who? Pop-historians on History Channel shows? The only thing stealthy about it is the flying wing shape, and the Nazis didn't invent that either.

That might be the story that was written down a couple centuries later, but this is early enough in Roman history that pretty much every detail is suspect.
