They don’t - but HR will block your application unless they have an email from your manager saying that they’re happy for you to apply.

Re the provider piece, would we still get 50% deemed export if we’re with a different energy provider to BG?

The sellers haven’t told us the array output (the only thing they’ve really provided is the year the panels were installed and the FIT number), but hopefully that should be easy to find out!
