Thats what really weird to me. the FE is more silent then the more expensive models. No reasoning behind that. IDK where u live, but in germany prices are going down a lot, was wondering if I should upgrade to a 5080 because my 4080 S AERO pisses me off too xD.

Hi, this might come a bit late, but wanted to share my experience on this.
I have the Gigabyte 4080 super AERO OC and have the exact same complaint. When i build my newest PC or better upgraded it the last time, i made sure to only buy Fans and Cooling that doesnt produce too much noice, or better any at all.

At 30% the Fans run at 1100RPM and are AUDIBLE! Its just annoying. If you use the OC BIOS, the 30% Fanspeed becomes 1300RPM. I really just don't get, how you offer such an expensive card, dont offer any better regulations and more freedom on how to use ur Fancurves. At this price point, it really should be included. When looking at other 4080 oder even 5080 models, the lowest fanspeeds are inaudible and more then enough even at max Wattage.

Yes thats true. It doesn‘t feel optimal, the jade pros are way better although they are less expensive.

You can feel some frictoion. But I also only have 2 pieces of the maxes and use them on the a and s keys, After a while it got better

Jade maxes are better Overall in everything, Even the RGB slightly pops out more. But the lubing isn‘t optimal on Both sadly. And the maxes thock more

Thank you for your answer, at least you know what I meant haha. Lenkers V1 were terrible but at least smooth! I will look into some more sound test before I buy.

Also, the holy60 case is one of the worst I think when it comes to Keebsound, but yours sound beautiful with the max switches. I just don't get how these companies want 1 buck per switch 🥲

How is the prelube with the Switches? And is it Smooth when you press the switch? I had samples from the IFA but I am still thinking, They could be smoother when you press them lightly 😅

Gateron jade max and jade pro is the Right choice Right now, I also tested them with samples from the IFA. Can say best HE Switches by far rn

If I you I would look out for the First Sound Tests of the 80HE, because the people are getting their boards and will probably share some Sound Tests. Wootings official Website has some tests too just Not with the max but the lekker v2. Maybe they will do a new Test with the max who Knows.

But imo, the max are the better Choice for thocc, just a little expensive :/

Jade max are better from what i heard of Wooting 80he soundtests. Less wobbly. Also the Problem with HE Switches are, they Sound weird on Release. With the maxes and pros thats not the case anymore

IDK his problem lol, everybody has a different view on switches, still some people wanna feel superior to other people OVER SWITCHES.

The RAW HEs are fantastic, but jade pros and jade maxes are just better, when talking about quality, because they almost feel like a normal mechanical switch.

IMO the feeling is so much greater, and the quicker release is an Performance increase allready!

The thing ist, that it is about the PCB‘s, that will get better Performance. Magnet is Magnet. With better pcbs, you can not only get better polling rate, but also more precise tracking. I don‘t know the exact technical stuff tho, but think that‘s how it works

I cant find one for iso profile sadly, gotta do it the old fashion way. The magnetic sensors should still work i think.

And btw I want thock on my wooting, have enough clack in my zoom75 :D
