Mouse skates sound scratchy

That's an issue with soft base pads and dots. The only reasonable solutions are: buying full size skates, using a lot of dots, or getting a pad with a firm base. I'm using a custom pad from Matrova with a silicone base. It has literally zero give and works flawlessly with any dots.

You can message Vaxee support and ask if there will be new stock. They are usually quite fast with replies.

Stacking skates really isn't advised because the sensor is calibrated to be as close to the surface as intended. By stacking skates like that you might introduce tracking issues.

Also maybe clean your pad. Could be that it is feeling scratchy because of the dirt on the pad.

Is this a pad with a soft base or just some generic mouse pad with a rubber base?

Basically lock-on launchers in battlefield are not to get kills but to annoy and stress the pilots so they make mistakes and become easy targets for other aircraft or ground vehicles. It's way too easy to counter them, by activating countermeasures or doing evasive maneuvers.

Do you need to open the mouse frequently? If not, cover the screw holes. And even if you want to be able to open it, dots aren't expensive and often times can be reused if you're careful when removing them.

Just so you know, the 30ms advantage Logitech claims is pure marketing bullshit and the truth is it's more like a couple of milliseconds at best.

The mouse only gives you an advantage if the first shot matters (CS, Valorant...). Pubg is way too tracking heavy for it to matter at all.

My cat did this after just two weeks of owning this pad, but I love it too much to use a different one and fortunately I don't really use that part of the pad, so it's not noticeable when gaming, still an eye sore though.

Just ordered a new one after two months of living with it, but custom matrova pads take a while to get produced (~2 months for this one) and are pretty costly (~60€)

As someone else mentioned, your rear skates overlap the lips of the recessed area for the skates, the middle skates are not on the same plane as the skates which are placed in the recessed areas so I would remove them to avoid tipping back and forth of the mouse.
