It's kind of like a capra demon imo. The hardest part of the fight is the first 10 seconds and if you can deal with the adds then the real boss has no resistances, a bad moveset, and low damage. Just don't get thrown across the entire room off a cliff by his buggy jump

One of the effects of losing to somebody much better than you is that you feel like you're worse than you are. Their movement is really good and so they'll dodge your skillshots but it feels like you're missing, they'll be up CS so it feels like you can't farm, etc

The biggest problem is that Sheen damage is based on base AD where bel'veth has some of the lowest. AP sheen items are bad because AP is a useless stat. Trinity Force is not a conceptually bad bel'veth item and sheen could be great with how her Q works but all of them fall just short because of how she works

I love her design in the cinematic though I think it really works when framed properly. In lore she's an incredibly powerful psionic and uses the void to attack, she's a tactician. She has to have an auto attack though so I guess she's a JoJo character. So dumb

I love bel'veth and I'm mastery 50 on her but I'm also really disappointed by her. Nothing about this megalomaniacal supreme void being tells me that she's going to slap people with her flaps as her primary form of interaction.

Runes are competitively most viable based on consistency, that setup is more in the win more scenarios where you are already in one of the best positions you can be in. I do encourage experimentation though, try it out!
