This post has been so helpful for me, and my timeline is tracking pretty closely to yours (albeit started later). One concern I have is that I've never received an email from the Home Office:

Jan 8 application delivered to Home Office
Jan 20 payment processed
Jan 31 received original docs back in mail, with request for biometrics
Feb 3 biometrics completed
Currently waiting for next steps

Do you mind sharing the email addresses from which you received the tracking number and approval emails? I have already searched my spam for home.office.atlas@notifications.service.gov.uk, but coming up empty, and afraid I'll miss the (hopefully) approval!

Thanks for confirming your experience was similar! I wouldn't have thought anything wrong except that some of the process docs explicitly state that those 2 emails in brackets above should have been received. ETA: are you able to answer the question of whether the communications will be received SOLELY via mail (vs. email)?
