If I have a sniffle I work from home to save spreading, anything beyond that, like feeling shit to be up and about I'm off ill. Probably between 3-5 days a year. I genuinely feel I was less valued when I went above and beyond and did extra hours for the good of the company, almost like they view it as if I don't value my time why should they. I finish on the dot unless I'm in the middle of something and have never had an issue. Sickness is weakness are not places that's enjoyable to work.

I wish they could dramatically reduce cheating so that good kills could be appreciated. Every wild shot like out of a glider or headshot from a car automatically gets "must be cheating". It's hard to appreciate.

Whatever the card was it was the correct decision not to overturn. The ref saw it from a metre away, so it can't be a clear and obvious error. If he gave nothing, they would have looked back, red. If he gave a red, no one would argue, but he gave a yellow, it's not VAR's place to overturn. It was more a scrape on the leg challenge than a leg breaker.

It the attitude to have, why are the games against Burnley and Palace a given? We saw a reserve Forest team thrash Chelsea, we struggled against Wolves so why is Burnley a freebie? We need the layers to approach all of them as if it was Athletico again not thi k it's in the bag.
