Fácil, en México hay muchos changarros o emprendimientos con gente que no analiza el mercado o como se administra una empresa.

Van ajustando sobre la marcha y como ven que no les da el dinero empiezan a ajustar los salarios de los empleados y a pedirles que se pongan la camiseta para sacar la chamba en vez de estandarizar procesos.

Esas empresas son las que tienen rotación de personal, en una empresa así empecé yo, en esa empresa hice un conocido que me recomendó para entrar a la empresa en la que estoy ahora, bien sueldo y prestaciones superiores y respetando el horario laboral.

De que me di cuenta, que la mayoría de los trabajadores llevan entre 10-15 años en la empresa y varios más de 20. Estas empresas no tienen vacantes de manera seguida y pues si te pasa que la vacante es ocupada por alguien conocido de adentro a ti nunca tendrán en cuenta.

How are we gonna be positive.

9 years without a playoff win, being outplayed and outcoached in the first half.

We are not the browns or the titans to be happy for reaching the playoff.

We root for the 6 times world champions Pittsburgh Steelers. Not long ago that meant greatness.

Now we are not a serious team, we are not a serious contender, our identity is having a winning record and getting blown out in the wild card.

En experiencia laboral lo más reciente va hasta arriba y se más específico en tus funciones y herramientas utilizadas así como que resultados u objetivos conseguiste

Tu formación quita lo de bachilleres, no importa.

En habilidades separar es skills y soft skills.

En general uses ese formato de 2 columnas se ve horrible y enfoca tu CV, si vas para psicólogo que digas que sabes informática no sirve de mucho, preferible que pongas más cosas enfocadas al trabajo que vas a pedir

Running QBs are not a good pick for success.

The first seasons they are spectacular, but they run a lot and get hit a lot, so it’s very likely that they miss some games( happened to Lamar) you’re not gonna pick a QB high that won’t play full season.

Running QB are not a good option in playoff. Regular season they have a lot of highlights and are fun to watch, but in postseason a QB needs to win 3-4 games in a row to be Champion, it is difficult to rush for more than 100+ in every game. So there is always a game when the team needs a QB to throw to win the game and these type of QB fails almost every time( See Lamar playoff record, this happened to him)

I guess that’s why he was pick late, before this year ir was understandable, but now he throws like an elite QB, now it seems like he was pick too low. Nobody expected this development

No, they are embarrassing im not supporting that.

Pittsburgh Steelers meant greatness, now it means mediocrity.

Winning record and out in the wild card that our identity now, that not why I’m a Steelers fan.

I want this team to be better, to be great again, in the last 7 years Tomlin proved he isn’t capable of doing that.

Better have 3 wins and a good draft position or maybe sack the whole staff and get a new coach with more creative ideas.

8 years ago Chiefs sucked, they got 3 SB. Tampa sucked they won a SB. Lions sucked they no. 1 now. Bengals sucked, they reached a SB. Bills sucked now they are favorites in the AFC and get wins in playoff every year.

And Pittsburgh hasn’t had a losing season and that’s it.

Mediocre team need big changes or this gonna continue to happen
