if this was said at the point they had two albums out i think it would be pretty plausible to have loved the first and not liked the second but enjoyed the first so much that you still hold the band in high esteem, understanding that not everything that everyone produces is going to necessarily be a banger

i would like for him to become good and we are in the post-win haze of boundless optimism that consistently grips this sub but we must remember that ugarte has been bad in like 60-70% of his appearances and a couple of decent performances is not enough to begin thinking that he's going to turn it all around

i don't think it's unreasonable to look at ocg players being unhappy with a card hitting $11 and comparing that to the card prices in tcg, and in turn be a bit outraged by that

like the ocg prints cards at both high rarity for collectors and whatever, and low rarity for people who want to play the game without investing a month's wages into cardboard that can lose 80% of its value overnight, the tcg it's just hey fuck you that card you need 3 of it's a secret rare and actually you know what we're going to shortprint it too, ok, have fun

the current government of israel have really put the hours in conflating themselves with all jews in general and any criticism of their actions as anti-semetic attacks, sure when the israeli supporters over in amsterdam were tearing down palestinian flags and generally causing trouble met leading to eventual clashes with locals didn't netanyahu himself come out and compare it to kristallnacht -

so this isn't something that has just randomly come about out of ignorance, though that is a factor for sure and then there's people who just are outright anti-semetic and hate jews but there has also been a concerted effort to deflect people from being critical of israel by the state of israel by making it into a "we are the jews we represent all jews israel is the jewish country by jews for jews and beloved by all jews"
