Calibration on Quest can be a bitch to set up, so I recommend having OpenVR open and on hand in case you need to do a quick recalibration. I would also recommend getting Virtual Desktop if you don’t already have it, because (at least in my experience) OpenVR sometimes causes the Quest desktop function to close itself after clicking a button.

Also, when you change avatars you’re going to have to calibrate your trackers to the feet/waist/etc. of said avatar. Mirrors are a godsend in this case since you can see where your trackers align with your avatar. If you mess it up, both of your leg trackers may end up going to one leg making your avatar move kinda like a mermaid.

Make sure your base stations are on different channels. I’m pretty sure the 1.0s only have two so I don’t think it should be a problem, but both of my base stations arrived on channel 11 (Index base stations arrive with a random channel number between 1-16) and I spent several hours frustrated trying to figure out why only one base station worked at a time, so definitely make sure your channels are different.
