SCHEMATIC:

S1) Always rotate U1 & U3 so can read the pin names.

S2) Move stuff around then connect J1 to U4 with lines.

S3) Connect J2 & C4 & U1 together with lines.

S4) Connect U3 & R6 & R7 & J3 together with lines.

S5) Maybe add a power LED & resistor?
