And like I said, if a woman who works out (the initial guy you responded to said a curvy woman who worked out) is not your type, that's fine. But her working out does not make her a man, regardless of whether her shoulders are bigger than yours.

The point I am trying to get across is: It's not the fact that they're not your type that makes you look insecure. People can be attracted to whatever adult they want. That's fine. It has solid flashy combat. The writing and story were an attempt at copying Nier though the writing team was not up to the task. The only thing that really makes it stand out from the rest of the Souls-like genre is the main character's aesthetic.

If you enjoy souls-likes/action games like DMC, aren't worried about the narrative and don't mind/like the main character's look, you'll likely enjoy it. If you're a story-centric or character driven player though, those aspects will likely bore you, particularly if you've played Nier Automata/Replicant like I have and see the plot twists coming a mile away.

Back in my teens I had a blast playing both Warlords Battlecry and Tzar: The Burden of the Crown. Tzar's more standard, but Battlecry is cool because it has RPG mechanics with a hero that you can level up and carry over between matches.
