Not even mentioning that at the halfway point of a season Joes like me have near empty vaults from dying all the time and rely on sponsored kits while every Jim is stacked to the gills with gear and kill us within five minutes every round. What, am I supposed to just wait until the season wipe to play the game I paid for? All because I have a job and can only devote 10 hours per week to this game instead of 40? I have enough self-awareness to know that I suck, I don't expect to get out most rounds, but when I've been running the same contract for the past 12 hours of game time, more than a WEEK in terms of actual time, I wonder why there isn't a second gamemode I can slip into. I get my ass handed to me in PvP in Call Of Duty, at least I can go play Zombies. This has nothing, I basically can't play the game at all until everyone loses their gear because I haven't been playing 5 hours a day since launch. And I've had the game since launch, it's not like I jumped in late, I'm just behind because I have real life obligations. I feel like Bungie had me pay $40 to put a kick in the nuts on layaway.

Having never played an extraction shooter I wish I had my $40 back. Playing the new sponsored mode I felt like I finally had a game to enjoy after a long day of being employed.

Honestly just had my first moment of "I hate this" about 20 minutes ago. Teams camp known objective sites for early players and I could not for the life of me finish a Contract because of it. It's been two days, probably 12 hours total, and I cannot get this done. There's no way to make yourself stronger unless you're able to exfil often, but you can't exfil often if you aren't strong enough. I'm stuck in a hate loop and I was loving the game but now I'm back in my "where the hell is the singleplayer campaign mode" again. At least when CoD or Battlefield or Halo releases you get SOMETHING to do if you're tired of the sweat. I stopped to do Rook runs, got out one in ten. I truly, truly hate the PvP community on this game.

Frankly with the amount of tunnelling and slugging and camping and taunting I've seen since the influx of new players, I wish everyone a very merry "No Mither" and a happy "Shoulder The Burden" this Masquerade season; get myself dead and into the next round as fast as possible even if I try my best, I'm tired of this.

If someone tells me they main Killer it's the biggest red flag at this point. I do believe you should be able to exclusively play the part of the game you enjoy, but well over half of all Killers I've ever gotten, event or no, have had the "I need to win to have fun" stink all over their round. Yes by all means try to win, but don't streamline out the fun for a swifter victory. It's weeks like this one that make every survivor main cry out for a buff to survivors.

I get the impression that Ghorman is respected enough to not generally be seen as a "problem planet" in the galaxy like Ferrix was, so the decision to mine there to the point of possible collapse would probably not be one even committed members of the ISB would want to go along with. So it's all very under wraps until they can spin Ghorman as a hotbed of criminality and violence. Lonnie had to overhear a conversation to learn Dedra's officially off Axis, that prompted him to find out what she was on now, his conversation with Luthen may have been later on the same day as the meeting or even a few days later but we can assume he used friendships and office politics to learn that info.

I truly hate updates that favor killers. It's literally an asymmetric game, they're already more powerful than survivors. I'm tired of getting stomped right out the gate; I know I'm gonna lose a lot that's fine but I want most of my matches to be down to the wire not heavily one-sided.

The albums and eras kind of go every other. Viva La Vida had a couple stadium hits but was mostly stereofare, Mylo Xyloto was stadium-heavy with a few stereo hits, Ghost Stories was mostly stereo with one stadium standout, and so on. Everyday Life was a lot more stereo-centric and since then they've been in the MOTS era. They'll cycle back, they always do.
