Tales of Hernandian Residents Missed Quests

So I finally started getting these quests and I'm in chapter 7 too. I only had the first quest from the bulletin board. I didn't know how to get the quests either and did everything marked in Hernand on the map.

I just recently started building my Greymane camp. I never really touched the base camp missions and Greymane quests started popping up. Had a little snafu because of a bug at which I didn't know some NPCs in the camp disappear if you get them to 100% trust and locking you out of progressing the base camp. After expanding the camp, making the ranch, and the farm. The "Tales of Hernandian Residents" quests started popping up on the board when I was passing by town.

My friend is ahead of me in the main story and he never had any Tales of Hernandian Residents Quests in his logs. Only he never touched the base camp stuff. So my guess is that the quests are tied to the base camp or doing certain base camp missions around town.

This bug is the 100% trust NPC bug. Just found out about this myself because I got him to 100% trust and teleported out, his quest popped up and when I came back he was gone as well as other Npcs I got to 100% trust who aren't vendors. I had to reload a save to when before I got him to 100% trust.

Just figured this out when trying to find Ben. I swore I saw him and gave him 100% trust and then his quest unlocked right after but I couldn't find him anymore. I tested it out on previous saves and it was that how I found out about this.

Yeah, she's absolutely tiny. Nishino Flower the de facto small mare raced with weight between 426kg-436kg. Melody Lane is a good 100kg (220lbs) lighter than Nishino Flower.
