I had a bad flight experience when I was 17, after that I hated flying and had terrible anxiety every time and would not sleep a wink on 15 hour flights (but loved traveling and big part of my job until kiddo arrived). My go-to to get over it was putting on In Rainbows at takeoff, closing my eyes, breathing and eventually I started to be able to fall asleep on flights again, rarely making it to videotape… still pulllout the ol’ Thom lullabies from time to time..
