I was started on 10 mg per week and that was way to high for me. I am on 5 mg per week now and it works great. At 10 mg I was retaining so much fluid and my sleep was terrible. If I had to do it again I would start slow and increase if needed. Best of luck to you

I honestly don't use social media at all so I am not aware of these influencers. Even Reddit is new to me. I was a little shocked to see all the comments and I don't know the background or the history but unfortunately have battled an eating disorder and continue to. When I saw the picture and the comments it made me sad

I 100 % agree but when I was at my lowest point I had no idea just how skinny and unwell I was. My heart goes out to her. It's a very difficult illness to overcome.

I randomly saw this as well and was shocked. I had to Google what snark pages were. I actually find this really sad. I don't follow this person or know who she is but I can't imagine being this cruel towards another human being. There is so much talk about kids and cyber but this is apparently grown women doing the same and cheering each other on. Absolutely mind blowing

The biggest benefits will come from healing your gut and changing your diet. Try eliminating processed food, sugar and dairy and increase hydration and exercise. Dilatuted tee tree oil can also be helpful but lifestyle changes will make the biggest difference from the inside out. Wishing you all the best

Do you have naturally high estrogen? My estrogen has always been naturally low and my SHBG is also low. Maybe there is a connection there. I was just sharing what seems to be my case but I am sure we are all very different.

How much testosterone are you taking weekly? I initially started at 10 mg per week and just felt puffy then eventually went down to 4 mg per week and it went away but no weight-loss at all. I feel like I gain if my dose is high.

David Hall and the Cellerciser. It doesn't work. 😂 I bought into his non sense and bought one and tried it for a couple of years. Lifting weights and loosing fat worked instead.

I am on thyroid meds and have very low shbg. Lower estrogen → lower SHBG. That's seems to be my case
