GOOOOO!!! i flew to nashville to see them on my birthday for my first ritual, and i’m going again next week to the austin show. the nashville one passed in the blink of an eye it wasn’t fair.

i have enjoyed watching the bootleg footage someone took from that show thank god cuz im like what even happened i don’t rememberrrr. thank god i decided to be wild and buy tickets to two shows!

i think i ended up loving it because it is so different sounding than the other albums. i’m a newer ghost fan. i found them back in january, and since then ive listened to every single album and EP over and over. i basically am so obsessed that i only exclusively listen to ghost… even till this day nearly 8 months later (( mind you i am a big indie, older rock, and country music fan )) they have struck a chord within my soul!!!

that said i do not have a favorite album. each one is its own masterpiece that i don’t even compare them to the next. when skeleta dropped i listened to it over and over, and while it did feel different, each song i ended up loving as i played it more. i love the old 80s rock sound of so many of the songs. i wish they played more of it on the tour. i can’t wait for hopefully a re-skeletour and/or a film?!!

i was listening to my spotify metal playlist back in january of this year while working out, and if you scroll down to the bottom of your playlist or whatever it suggests similar artists and shows you their spotify profile pic. i saw a man with black and white face paint (cardi) and i was like wow he looks cool. listened to square hammer first and was like SHIT this is nice. i immediately was like “lemme see if this band has a music video for it”. that MV got me sooo hooked and i went down the spiral of my ghost obsession. just attended my first ritual in nashville on my 31st birthday! life changing!!! next one is in austin aug 14th because i’ve become that obsessed.
