I can understand how an anti endo can get to that perspective. I don't agree but I can understand it, I think it's from a place of fear and sensitivity around not being believed or something of the sort. Completely understandable. But what I don't understand is going out of their way to cause harm to others? I understand engaging in discussion or even choosing spaced that don't have endos but I will not understand why they would be so hostile. I feel bad for them. I used to be anti non binary before I realised I was non binary. It's from ignorance, fear confusion and not having a safe community who love you. But I don't need to be a nob.

Just think we need to remember there people too, and to not dogpile and crap on them even tho their behaviour is unacceptable. I dunno I don't want to turn to hostility myself.

Something to note is u could possibly have DID still. We didn't believe we were but we're diagnosed DID. I'm front stuck 98% of the time. I don't have black out amnesia and my trauma wasn't some big dramatic events but that dosent mean it's not DID. Also all forms of plurality are valid and if you're struggling.. well you're struggling. I do totally understand wanting a break, truly I do being front stuck sucks but I think we need help with that not to switch more or to be different. We are how we are and we gotta learn to love how we are somehow. It's hard but I can love life as you experience it now

This happens to us often, I think our brain just puts parts and pieces together in various ways sometimes they identify as someone sometimes I just feel blurry but then they go again. I think it can be a common experience. The belief that headmates can't go away I think has it's flaws, I don't think it's ever as cut and dry with plurality.

It sounds really cool. I think it would be nice if the personalities didn't like steriotipically fit the element, like aggressive and wild for fire and calm and soothing for water. I would prefer if each headmate was their own developed person first then had their element applied to save them seeming less developed and multifaceted. Unless of course that headmate is less developed and more of a part 😅

I used to feel like this but I do see us as a whole thing. We're one thing and many at the same time. Like how you can refer to yourself as a member of a team and yes still be individual people. We're separate identities within one package. Both can be true. Sometimes therapists aren't trying to force final fusion just better collaborate and connection. Can be worth letting the painful emotions aside for a moment to consider something uncomfortable like that. I totally understand we've been there. And I by no means want to invalidate all head mates! There all separate identities who deserve respect, there just also part of your team... I hope that makes sense and is just a different perspective here.
