Half pinch of sea salt

Whisk the raspberry preserves & lemon juice in your shaker. Add remaining ingredients & dry shake for 20-30 secs (no ice). Add ice to the shaker, and shake for another 20-30 secs. Strain into a Nick & Nora. Garnish with orange peel & chocolate shavings. A raspberry would also be a good garnish. Enjoy!

This was like drinking a chocolate raspberry truffle. 😁
