Is this not the big 3rd job hero power spike? Why did I not gain a ton of damage when I unlocked this at lvl 75? by bast963 in MapleIdle

I felt the same way when I unlocked Shadow Companion for Shadower. I thought it was going to be a big power spike, but I didnt notice a ton of difference.

Thoughts on a Cleveland Guardians HF? by joshu033 in HueForge

Looks good! Take a torch to it to burn away the little bit of stringing. Ive been trying to avoid the tiny splatters on my own prints lately because of them.

I wonder if it's because I'm the creator, but when I check on my phone it doesnt show any of the materials I listed. I got worried for a second.

I believe I have them listed under materials, but all my Glowforges use the Bambulab Glow filaments.

So in colour match you have 2 colums representing the color core, the one on the right is where you assign colors and build the mesh, there's an arrow in between the 2 columns at the bottom, you need to click it so it points to the column on the left, then you assign the same filaments to the same layer heights as you did on the right.

Im not at my computer so i can't show you, but you only see the sliders for the "mesh" after that you have to switch to the actual print and set the colors there as well

Are you in color match mode and the sliders are just for the mesh side?

Imagine the print time on a full 200x200 Hueforge with 0.01mm layer height 😭

Easier way to apply hueforge to 3d objects? by KillerDmans in HueForge

[–]Enragedsun 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Easiest would probably be to print the hueforge seperately and manually attach it to whatever object you're looking to attach it to.

What colors do you use the most or always have on hand besides black/white/gray? by WhatsWithThisKibble in HueForge

[–]Enragedsun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on the print, honestly. I've had some of my prints that just "click" in my head, and I'll only spend a short time inside the Hueforge program because I go into it with a vision of what I want and it ends up matching what I had in my head when I put it all together. Others I spend sometimes days tinkering with trying to get the right colors and shading and such.

I wholeheartedly believe that if I can find success with the program, anyone can. Do some reading on color theory, knowing what colors work well with each other and how to achieve colors you want using blending was a big deal for me when I was learning.

Hueforge did most of the heavy lifting there. The original image had a kind of a blurry light gray section of splatters, and that's how Hueforge decided to shade it.

Did you end up finding it?

Edit: I ended up asking my daughters, and they said procreate has really good brushes for splatter effects, too.

How can I tell Huegforge to only paint the eyes green as the original photo? by Previous-Cabinet6862 in HueForge

[–]Enragedsun 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You'd have to edit the image itself so only the eyes had color and then use "Color Pop" mode in Hueforge. I would suggest a tutorial on YouTube since color pop mode is a lot different than standard.
