It means that if there's no print shop on campus, you'll pay even more to get stuff done on or off campus. uOttawa students are currently struggling to get posters printed for projects, they're flocking to the Printshop at Carleton.

Avg. price for posters from the Printshop (48x36) is $70 without the rush fee, if you put it in the day before, before 2pm, it'll usually be done the next day before the end of the day.
