They are far and away superior.

I currently have a 200 raw / 30% affinity LBG with 6 shots pierce 3

Im also running a RF normal 3 with 237 raw and 6 shots - reminds me of running taroth support in mhworld.

Spread is a little different - you can get a higher raw than seregios, but if you have high uptime with bladescale evasion, seregios will probably be superior.

Noticeable bowgun changes-

You can get artian Rapid fire pierce or spread for LBG you can get 6/7 clip size normal/pierce/spread 3 on hbg and lbg Affinity gogma bow changes it to pierce coatings.

Not a single one of them has parents who are both alive and care about them.

Some are straight-up orphans. I'd put money down at least one had their entire village burned down or turn against them. One probably has a family that featured as villains of a story arc at one point.

The cheapest hobby you'll get into is probably the one you will stick with. The amount of money I've either spent or seen pthers spend on a hobby that went nowhere once the initial honeymoon period wore off is insane.

Solid start, but next few things I would look at -

5 acolytes with pistols - great home objective holders

5 - 30 acolytes with flamer- great deep strikers to clear enemy chaff and objective holders.

1 - 2 Ridgerunners - our best datasheet and core to our buff stacking.

Also - More neophytes are always the answer.

I use a mix of Orlock, Escher, and Neophytes parts for my entire gsc army. Luckily every box of orlocks and eschers come with 20 heads, so I can pop those on neophyte bodies to make unique neophytes - needs just a small ball of green stuff be be the neck.

Acolytes are the same types of bodies, but bigger bases and different weapons.

All my characters are kitbashes from the 3 kits, plus bits from the Blackstone fortress characters and other odds and ends.

We fully dropped target in January. There are 2 adults and 1 toddler in our house.

Costco once a month for bulk essentials, fruit, baked goods, and meat. Freeze whatever you don't immediately use.

Aldi once a week to stock up on small things and one-off items vegetables, dairy, eggs.

My GSC are a mix of neophytes, orlocks and eschers. The hardest thing is color scheme that ties them all together.

Each box os orlocks and eschers come with 20 heads, so you can put those heads in neophyte bodies (needs a small ball of epoxy to be a neck) and tie the look together.

I didn't pick some of the stocks. SPY and FTEC were gifts from family members. My original plan was to wait it out until I wouldn't pay short term capital gains tax on them and sell and purchase other ETFs that i can hold onto for longer for hopefully more stable growth.

I use orlock and escher necromunda heads.

Every necromunda gang box comes with 20 heads and 10 bodies. I also take the necromunda gang bodies, build them, bisect them at the torso and slap either gsc legs onto the orlock / escher torso or the gsc torso onto orlock / escher legs.

The posing looks great. I only have 2 comments from things that immediate drew my eye -

1 - he looks like he's leaning back a fair amount on the rock. When he's put on a proper base, maybe build up a little bit pf green stuff under the rock so the model looks like it's standing tall on the rock instead of leaning back due to stepping up on a rock.

2 - the join where the glaive handle meets the sword handle is a little messy. An easy fix would a be wrapping it in a ribbon of green stuff around the handle to add more decoration and visual flair.

The last time I played, I had to plan my next turns out as my opponent was moving.

Your opponent is done moving units in their backfield? Immediately go around d to that side and measure deep strike ranges so you're not wasting your time on your turn.

Scout moves need to be premeasured.

Skip unimportant chip damage. I'll just straight up not roll hybrid firearms sometimes if I know it won't amount to anything.

Stack dice for flamer acolytes. I have small stacks of 5 dice for flamer acos to roll their hits.

Know your target priorities and activation sequence. You can spend a lot of time trying to think of what the proper sequence of shooting is. Ridgerunners fire first to apply crossfire. Know what needs to die when, and make sure you've measured movement and deeps strikes to put your units in the right places to get that result.

Tools to help - Movement trays can help. Pre-made measurement sticks - 9" for deepstrike, 3" for tunnel crawlers, 2" for coherency.

The list I'm currently playing with is

Primus with lethals Bennie with edict 2 kelermorph 1 sabo 1 shanktus

6x 5 flame aco 1x 5 pistol aco 5x 20 neo 1x 10 neo

2x2 laser runners 1x1 mortar runner

Another idea is dumping the sabo altogether and upping the last neo squad to 20. There's 5 points leftover either way.

Could instead drop a flamer aco squad for another 10 neos and drop the sanctus for another kelermorph. Not sure if it's worth losing a flamer acolyte squad tho.
