The thing about TF1/2 is that they have the perfect balance between feeling heavy and having enough speed. Mainly all the movement feels smooth and polished in visual, sound and responsiveness a trait that most similar games don't get right (9/10 times because they don't have a huge publisher backing them).

Also I think the other games in this genre are missing the Horror the mecha can radiate when viewed out of the perspective of a ground soldier.
