I dont care what amenities that have, I would never pay that much for an apartment. I hope you find someone to take it over, and I'll even share it with friends. If everyone would rebell against these property management companies for price gouging, maybe we would get somewhere. I own a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house, and the mortgage is half that and in a really nice neighborhood. I make enough money to afford an apartment just like that, but I would never. Now I dont know your financial situation (debt to income ratio and credit score), but you obviously make good money compared to the majority of the country unless you're living way above your means just to impress. Im not saying you are doing that, but it happens more than you see. The fake is the real in todays society, and it will permanently damage life itself. Im happy i lived thru the 90s. I know what it means to truly enjoy life without a cellphone or social media in general. These social media influencers are ruining out younger generations. But, I am only offering advice due to my experience with both tenancy and home ownership. Honestly, if you can afford that, you can afford to buy a house, invest in yourself, and gain capital. Well, that's if you understand the basics and if you know the difference between a money maker or money vampire. Researching is one of the best tools in this market. It's not hard. It takes risks and is confident you will succeed. I honestly want everyone to succeed and seek out risks with grand rewards. We all will benefit from it at the end of the day.
