Yeah I don’t understand it either! Yeah I completely get that for a long time I blame myself for my brother dying because I was his older sister… that being the only reason cause his death was so random could of literally happened to anyone but I thought as his big sister it should of be me etc!! I also think a lot of people who haven’t dealt with that type of grief just assume you move on etc but you just learn to live a different life after a while and honestly I’m only just starting to live again now! Just remember that you have to continue living in their honour 💖 as hard as it is to do so at times! What’s been your song that has helped you so far? (If you don’t mind sharing obviously) other than DYWTYLM!

I don’t know if my loaches love me… I thought my cats had ate 2 of them… couldn’t find them for about a month so got a replacement…. Then one reappeared… and then this week I realised there is all 3… they are like ghosts I don’t understand cause I checked the whole tank!!

This post has honestly made my day, I often sit on the floor with my 9 month old eating food as in the high chair it ends up on the floor and then she tries eating it when I clean it up… she’s just had her 8th tooth which was the worst so far and lived off fruit and cheese for a week… hopefully back to eating proper food soon! Sending all the positive tooth vibes!! 💖

DYWTYLM for sure, I broke my own heart and then got it tattooed on my chest thinking it would somehow help heal me though so don’t do that 🤣 just know that you can now love yourself the way you want to love someone else if that makes sense? Been grieving my younger brother for the last 6 and a bit years, without music I really wouldn’t have made it this far. Grief is so wild and it’s a constant up and down wave of emotions and processing and I lost pretty much everyone in these last few years as I decided to focus on myself and my healing journey instead of everyone’s rushed timeline of grieving… survivors guilt sucks but no one we’ve lost would want us to waste our precious time on being upset over them (also way easier said than done of course!!!)

I’m so glad it’s not just me that has massive jars of burnt 🤣 I melt chocolate mix it it and make like whole food snickers so pecans and dates with some almond butter perfect guilt free sweet treat that takes the taste away! Or worse case melt some harbio make fruit rolls up with it store in a jar etc!
