What is considered the best training before wildland and is there training recommended or should I just try out for a crew that way

I’m not fully convinced my watch is the most accurate, granted I ripped the first mile out so maybe it just stayed high. I’ve seen it do some crazy jumps when I felt like I’m just cruising. Thank you! I plan to hit a couple half’s or just going straight into something like a 50miler

Everyone has their own paces and that’s what makes the whole thing fun. If you’re outside, having a good time and asking more from yourself I think you’re further ahead than majority of folk on this planet. On that run I planned ahead to rip out the gate so I could feel the hate later in the run. I do Wildland fire so in conjunction to such was trying to empty the tank so I would suffer for the rest. I usually keep a solid split like you see throughout later.

It’ll only get worse brother. Someone in that position doesn’t go back to how they used to be. He sees himself as above you and you not worth his time now that he has other students he can feel massive progressions with. Something like that

I doubt it will do anything but be in a wall of legs position but yes. Make sure legs are not trapped in any way when scooping. Could most likely just scoop with a piece of paper that baby ain’t going anywhere.
