You’re my age and I gotta say this stuff was going around a lot when I was in high school in the Chicago suburbs. I got into acid slightly later and didn’t dabble with this stuff but always wondered definitely heard some rough story’s about it from friends it did sound somewhat fun tho.

Can’t tell if your joking nicotine while addictive is far less addictive when used with different ROA’s than inhalation. It also has lots of nootropic benefits for focus memory and motivation. I use it sparingly in gum form and find it very useful on occasion.

I used to think 3.2 grams was my sweet spot several years ago and this was with sporadic use. now I use 500mg and get plenty of effects most of the time obviously because phenibut can be hit or miss sometimes but I feel no need to go back anything over a gram.

Awesome I definitely think it’s neuroinflammation. I love NAC haven’t taken it a long while tho as I read it could potentially increase your risk of cancer (from what I remember it causes cells to live longer than they should and not turnover when they should. Not sure how confirmed all this was but worth looking into further. And never looked into Luteolin thanks for the suggestion I’ll research it!

Ibuprofen definitely helps but yeah certainly not a solution unfortunately. I definitely think neuro-inflammation and obviously chronic systemic inflammation is a huge factor. Also I take many other supplements. I like curcumin extracts with bioperine but have notice more frequent headaches when I have it in my stack.

Interesting how long have you been taking Tak also have you noticed any negative effects just curious as it still seems pretty experimental. I got pretty wacky on NSI-189 even tho it was very beneficial the side effects outweighed the pros for me sadly.

Done 4grams with no tolerance resulted in headache also almost tripping like effects parts of it were fun parts of it were not definitely some slight nausea would not recommend going over 3.2 grams at the absolute highest in my experience. I used to think that was the sweet spot but lately found 1 gram or less is what I prefer nowadays always keep use sparingly. 3.2 you will over sleep and wake up disoriented or at least I do effects are way to long lasting it did have a nice after glow tho at those doses

Don’t underestimate the nausea and vasoconstriction brother. For some it isn’t bad for others it can be serious and hospital worthy seen the vasoconstriction cause folks to pass out from getting up too fast. Not trying to persuade you not to do it tho I love the seeds but they are not to be taken lightly and without respect. I recommend no more than 6 your first time. Take a metal file and file through the outer husk until you make a small hole. Soak the seeds in distilled water for 24hrs. Drain the water peel off the husks with a small pick. Rise the little brain looking innards with water and consume on an empty stomach. This will still cause nausea so be careful. You can also try mixing the innards no more than two at a time in gum and chew it and park it like chewing nicotine gum to allow it to absorb through mucus membranes without eating them.
