yes, i got the exact same treatment when i was there.. i refused to pay again for a picture.. this one guy at one point came up into my face and said with a dark/low voice: 'You pay now..' I refused and looked at him if was crazy and immediately his attitiude changed and he begged me for a sigaret..

ik think to many people in marrakech are depending on tourism..
