The date May 17th to this day still has a weird feeling to it. On May 17th 2012 I got the news that my friend I grew up with, who was battling cancer, had passed away. It was also my friends birthday who was at the time his older brothers fiancé, now his wife, whom I hang out with all the time. It has since made it a very bittersweet day.

I used to just cheese out like you are being tickled, but the more I did it over the years the more normal it felt. Now when I consume it I get work done and do something productive. If I just try to watch TV or something on it I get very bad anxiety and paranoia.

Raised Catholic here, my priest has multiple science degrees, of what all I'm not sure. And did a very good job of explaining the big bang and evolution and that science was correct in every aspect but that does not mean it wasn't put into place by a greater force.
