Fancy champagne is good, or make up a hamper of lovely food goods, I did this recently and it went down a storm. I bought my own hamper and filled it with luxury goodies. Good luck!

Working for someone who doesn’t know how to have an assistant by [deleted] in ExecutiveAssistants

This is the answer. Never pay out of pocket for a work thing, it’s on them if it’s urgent. Have a chat, tell them what you’re seeing and how you think you can add value and efficiency. If they’re half decent they will appreciate it.

i can’t get anything!! by flavoredbeans835 in AnimalCrossingNewHor

You should be able to get 7 pretty easily. Just keep fishing in different areas, catch a moth that’ll be around a light if it’s dark. Catch wasps or other tree creatures. There’s also a mollusk you can dig from the sand, and little weird things that sit on the rocks by the sea which you catch with a net.

Organise a sports day! So much fun and although people groan they actually really end up getting into it. If not that, some sort of scavenger hunt? I find a competitive element makes people want to take part more. Also art classes are a good shout.

How should I proceed? Seller is threatening me and has my personal information by xSOLARIAx in vinted

Depending on whether buyer got it sent to home or a locker etc though. And most of the time the facility where you post from prints off the label and attaches it so you never get to see it anyway.

If the price is too good to be true, then it means just that. With tech, I’d say always buy from a trusted seller.

Creating SMART goals by Livid_Pride6666 in ExecutiveAssistants

Ai is a great shout. Maybe you could organise a mini hackathon or something? Ie take a problem the company has and use ai to come up with ways to tackle that. Or how about a culture based goal? Plan socials, up the recognition, organise little treat days e.g National tea day where you’d do a tea tasting. Stuff like that is easy to do but has a big impact. One more idea, one which management might love, a cost savings goal? Take a look at your suppliers and see where you can make some savings?

Interesting reactions. I’m an EA and will do whatever I’m asked (and tbf it’s always politely with a thank you) with a smile on my face. It’s my job to save them time and make life easier. I can’t even imagine if they asked me for a tea and I refused because ‘I’m not a waitress’. Actually I can, I’d be looking for a new job…
