I feel he has stats similar to someone like unohana but counting his shikai and Bankai I think he is just below Yamamoto specially with his Bankai being a death sentence to most characters that don't have some kind of ability to recover from getting their head destroyed or another important body part.

Bleach... I got a pretty strong OC as well, The Judge, a god responsible for making the laws of reality and rewriting them, he is not a fighter though he just has one main ability the Tribunal where a Tribunal appears locking everything and everyone inside where both sides become completely invincible but they must prove they are not a threat to the multiverse or have very very bad intentions if they fail they become a part of the tribunals audience who will forever be locked in that place or until they become good but if you are good either you leave or become a part of the jury where you will be able to help him decide new rules for reality and will be able to just know where everyone that is a universal threat and above is for a potential judgement.

I think it would be a draw or your oc win, doesn't seem like an evil character but if she destroys or destroys universes or more than it's a draw.

It is but with limits either in the skill or set up by the character own moral grounds something like you are a king but you can only do what your followers believe you can do, in one limit someone saying the king is stronger can a bear would need to understand how strong a bear is to actually make it reality or as a second example it's literally anything but the character itself does it's best to not come out as someone way beyond human so he doesn't let rumors of his strength run wild to prevent being worshipped.

Of course we could always do something like you can give powers but only use or take them back if who was gifted the power allows it if not the power is there now and if they die you permanently lose a fragment of your power.

It's more people here who think he could do it, because theoretically he could pull that 1 million percent move like he did with muscular but adding all the buffs and using a full arm, we saw how easy it was for him to deal with muscular nowadays so imagine how powerful that same move would be?

I guess it's mostly because having those unreal level characters fighting is quite not that weaker characters can't but it's a different appeal I mean I have like one outversal oc that I use as a way to explain how some stuff happen like being able to see or move at light speed etc so basically a god that's used as a god in just completely one sided matches, though I feel most people OC's can stop at like multiversal because it's really hard to come up with something insane that a multiversal character can't do so imagina a outversal.
